For roasting, the burners and grills are lowered, creating a large oven like space, large enough to do a whole pig or lamb. (Note that it does not have a rotisserie. The animal is turned by hand periodically.)
For roasting, it can be set up to use propane or charcoal.

If the member booking the item sends a cancellation notification 4 days (96 hours) before the booking Start Date and Time, they are entitled to a full refund of the full booking value. The amount refunded will be less the booking fee, and payment processing fee.
