The handoff options for each item is completely up to the Poster! The handoff options will be displayed to you at the bottom of the item’s/space’s showcase. It will show you the hours of availability and the rates of delivery and pickup if they are available options.

Yes, they are! All payments are made through the app as an added step to our security and for your convenience. We use Stripe, which is a leading company in the payment processing industry to make sure your information is secure and you can easily pay for your rental. No need to worry about bringing cash with you to the handoff.

We understand that we can’t control everything and things can happen. If a situation does come up where the item gets damaged, we ask you to notify the Poster as soon as possible. Once you have done that, you can send our support team a message to see if we can help you find a replacement item for the rest of your booking. You will be responsible to pay for any damages to the item/space or you can forfeit your security deposit. It is always a good idea to take a video of the item when you receive it to have proof it was in working condition or to point out any existing damages.

Absolutely you can! Simply just go find the item on Ruckify and submit another request for the longer booking. If it is available, then the Poster can respond or you can instantly book and pay for it.

In cases where you need to cancel your booking, we ask you to please contact support so that we can notify the Poster. An item has three cancellation policy options that the Poster can choose and that will determine if you’re eligible for a refund.

It’s simple with Ruckify’s in-app messaging, all you have to do is go to your booking’s itinerary page, and click on the Poster’s profile and there you will see the message button. In cases of an emergency, please contact Ruckify Support and we can get a hold of the Poster for you.

No need to worry, we have you covered! The Poster is able to add instructions for their item, these instructions will be shown to you at the bottom of the booking’s itinerary once you’ve paid. Instructions can be in the form of a few quick sentences or they can upload pictures, videos, and PDFs to ensure you know exactly how to use it. Since Ruckify is built as a community, you can definitely send the Poster an in-app message to ask any questions as well, we are sure they will be happy to help you out!

If you are requesting an item’s availability, the Poster has 24 hours to respond, they can approve, deny, or suggest alternative dates that it is available.
