Whether it is tools, equipment, sporting goods, event spaces, boats or anything else, you will be able to find it on Ruckify. It is also the first platform for entrepreneurs to start their own store and make income right away with no startup costs.

The Account Manager has a direct impact on the growth of our company by developing a successful user experience. The Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue through discovering and acquiring product listings on Ruckify through both new and existing RuckifyStores by employing a highly consultative sales methodology. Ruckify is currently looking to hire two positions with backgrounds in either sporting activities or events/party/weddings.

responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally and within the Ruckify go to market team to understand the focus and objectives and help manage your pipeline to optimal results.
  • Bring back insights across verticals assigned to you that can help Ruckify develop new partnerships and position itself as the perfect partner to expand business opportunities. Go beyond the partner’s needs to understand users and the user’s interactions on the platform.
  • Be the first point of contact for partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of daily business challenges.
  • Achieve internal business goals relating to customer acquisition and business KPI’s by working with partners by leveraging different marketing and sales strategies.

Ruckify Brand Ambassadors are the face of the Ruckify brand and are our product ambassadors. The purpose of their job is to support our product awareness initiatives while educating consumers about the Ruckify brand and how to use the mobile app. They are the eyes and ears on the ground that listen to how consumers perceive our brand and our product, sharing this useful insight with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities. They are an instrumental part of the organization also supporting other marketing & sales functions in order to realize the full potential of each marketing campaign.

Want to be part of something big?! Ruckify has created an industry-changing fresh new rental experience, and we’re growing! We’re in search of a friendly front-end web developer!

responsibilities:

  • Build an API driven SPA based on an existing hybrid mobile app.
  • Extend the SPA features based on business requirements.
  • Generate interfaces based on wireframes and mockups provided by the designer(s).
  • Report directly to the project manager.
  • Ensure a consistent experience between the SPA and mobile app by working closely with the mobile developer.
  • Work with an API developer to establish new and updated endpoints as needed.
  • Address bugs reported by QA in order of priority.
  • The essentials:
  • Experience building SPAs.
  • Javascript (ideally ES6).
  • Front-end frameworks (Angular/Typescript).
  • CSS3/HTML5 (ideally Bootstrap4 or MaterialUI, Sass or Less).
  • Experience using APIs.
  • General knowledge of SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of Git.
  • The ability to communicate in English (and hopefully understand our jokes).

nice to haves:

  • Experience with Linux based servers.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Elastic Search.
  • Experience in the rental or retail industry (even if it was entry-level in customer service, warehousing, etc!)
